Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delay or cancellation that is a result of inaccurate information provided by the customer. The customer takes full responsibility to provide us with accurate information pertaining to the addresses for pick-up and drop-off locations and times, phone numbers, and emails. If the customer suspects that something is wrong with the information or wishes to update their reservation in anyway, please contact us



  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked ground transportation service are NON-REFUNDABLE. Change to a reservation is possible until the driver has been dispatched, after which the change will be considered a last-minute cancellation and a new reservation will need to be made for the updated date and time.
  • For reservations made through and paid to a business partner (such as a hotel or a resort), please contact them for more information on their cancellation policy.
  • We reserve the right to substitute vehicles on any trip.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the service at any point. 

Refunds will take approximately 5-10 business days to be credited back to your account. Please refer to specific incidents if you do require a refund. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 



We allow our customers to take extra 30 minuets for stop during the trip for any reason and 15 minutes when waiting to pick them up. After passing the grace period the customer will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes they spent. 



  • We will be tracking your flight status to ensure a timely pick up. Upon arrival, we (our driver) will communicate with you via text message, phone or email.  Proceed to get your luggage and let us know when you are ready to go. If you have not received communication from us, please call at 385-529-8581. If we don’t have a way to reach you and you choose a different transportation service upon arrival, your reservation is non-refundable. 
  • Confirm all departure reservations 24 hours in advance.
  • Please stay informed of potential weather delays or high traffic snow days and reschedule your departure time if necessary.



Grace Transportation and Limousine supplies complimentary car seats for children. Utah Law requires that children under eight years of age be provided a child restraint device to be used in the manner prescribed by the manufacturer of the device. Children under eight years of age without the appropriate car seat will not be allowed to travel in our vehicles.



We do our best to work with the elements and adapt our operations to the different external factors that we face regularly. But when there is an event we can’t control like weather, road closure, heavy traffic, road accidents, a strike or other civil disorder, we may have to cancel, divert or delay your ground transportation.

A non-exhaustive list includes:

  • Meteorological or weather conditions
  • Road traffic conditions or closures
  • Labor disputes that affect our service
  • Government regulations or requirements
  • Shortage of fuel
  • Any unsettled conditions
  • Acts of terror



When your ground transportation service is canceled or delayed, we will rebook you on the next available service. If you decide not to use our service because it was cancelled or delayed, the remaining value of your paid transportation service will be refunded.

As soon as the events hindering our operations have ceased, we will put everything in motion to take delayed passengers to their destination. If delayed passengers who had not cancelled when informed of the delays, have elected to find an alternative to get to their destination, they will be considered no-show and their reservation will not be refundable.



All customers using our vehicles shall abide at all times by a “ no smoking ” rule. Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the car.
